Meet Jim Hogan from Geneva Bicycle Center

Hello Peasants, Noblemen and Noblewomen! We're about three months away from the 2016 Peasantman Steel Distance Triathlon series and we'd like to share a story highlighting one of Peasantman's most important partners.

Geneva Bicycle Center is more than just a local bike shop with a convenient location for our competitors on race weekend. They're more than just the people who created the Peasantman bike course for us four years ago. They've got quite a reputation - making the list of the Top 100 Bike Shops in the USA as well as being rated Rochester's #1 Bike Shop in WHEC Channel 10's Rochester Rocs Awards. That's pretty impressive, considering the number of great bike shops in Rochester, and the fact they aren't located in the city.

Geneva Bicycle Center is a shop full of seasoned experts - a common destination location for triathletes. They'll even let you ship your bike to the shop for race weekend.

In this video interview, Jim Hogan, founder of Geneva Bicycle Center, gives us the backstory of how they got involved in Peasantman. He also explains a bit of the store's history and what they'll be doing on race day. So give it a click, check it out, and keep them in mind for race day.

We'll see you on race weekend!
